Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

Reception at the riad / hotel where you stay at 8am or at the airport. We will go to the Kasbah (fortified village) of Ait Ben Haddou crossing the Great Atlas, this town is considered the Hollywood of Morocco, since many films have been shot in this Kasbah, a jewel declared in 1986 by UNESCO as World Heritage. Humanity. Then we will continue to Ouarzazate where we will have lunch and visit another interesting kasbah, located in the heart of this town.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Tazarine – Rissani – Desert Erg Chebbi – Merzouga

After breakfast, we will continue our way to the desert and we will deviate to go through the road that was used for years by the commercial caravans that crossed the Anti Atlas of the Tafilalet Valley to the Draa Valley. This whole area is dyed with contrasts and colors ocher, red, mauve and black desert. Through the stony plateaus we can find dromedaries grazing in freedom, until we get to Rissani (we will stop to see its market since it is the most famous one there is at this latitude and where all the nomadic villages around it are supplied). After this stop we will continue until we reach the foot of the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Where we will have the first contact with the desert and its wonderful dunes. On the edge of the desert we will be waiting for the camels with which we will enter the heart of the desert. The tour lasts about an hour and a half. You will stop before arriving at your campsite to see the sunset on one of the largest dunes that is in this area.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi Dunes – Khamlia – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley.

This moment will be one of the most unforgettable, the dawn in the desert, but for this it is advisable to get up early and contemplate this wonder that the desert offers you with its orange colors and the silence that will impress you.
After sunrise, we will go down with the dromedaries to the same point where we took them and have breakfast at the hotel on the side of the dunes. Once we have refueled energies we will visit the town of Khamlia, where we will stop to discover the way of life of the nomads. The next stop will be the town of Erfoud (area full of oasis). Then we will take the road to the Gorges of Todra, these gorges take that name by the river that passes between them ‘the Todra’, they reach a height of 300m. Once we have walked through the area we will go to the Dades Valley, where we will spend the night.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Valley of the Roses – Skoura – Essaouira

We will start our way back to Marrakech, departure to the Valley of Roses, where every May has a great celebration in this valley (Mousseum de las Rosas). From here we will continue to the palm grove of Skoura passing through the route known as the Thousand Kasbahs, where we can appreciate many of these constructions between date palms in which they hide. At the end of the route we will arrive at Essaouira (coastal town located in Cabo Sim).

Day 5: Visit of the City of Essaouira – Marrakech

After breakfast we will enjoy a walk through its city and its coast. Many Moroccans consider this beach one of the most beautiful in Morocco. When the 4pm is approaching, we will head to Marrakech to get to the city and discover the famous square a bit and arrive at the riad.

Day 6: Visit to the Medina of Marrakech

Once you have breakfast, you will come to pick up our official local guide, about 9am, to show us the wonderful Medina and the Souk of Marrakech. In it we will find ancient mosques, madrasas, palaces and the tombs of the seven patrons, places of pilgrimage of the Muslims. The medina is surrounded by 90 km of wall made of adobe. In it there are 10 doors, the most recognized door Bab el Jemis (the visit will last all morning).
Then you can enjoy the afternoon free to do your shopping.

Day 7: Transfer to Marrakech Airport

Transfer to Marrakech airport two hours before your flight.
